Usage Instructions for Nasal Irrigator

1. Wash your hands thoroughly.
2. Draw normal saline solution.
3. Install the rubber tip tightly.
4. Seal the nostril firmly with the rubber tip.
5. Wipe off residual saline.
6. Take out the nasal irrigator from package, mount the rubber tip firmly onto the connector of the irrigator.
7. Prepare saline solution with nasal‑wash salt and water or use normal saline, draw the liquid into the syringe.
8. Hold the irrigator, press the silicone tip tightly against one nostril to seal it and prevent back‑flow of saline. Tilt your body and turn your head slightly toward the outlet nostril. Keep your mouth open for breathing, push the plunger quickly. Let saline flow in through one nostril and drain out from the other nostril. Alternate and rinse both nostrils.
9. Several minutes after rinsing, wipe residual saline inside nasal cavity with tissue paper.
