Instrument Introduction

This equipment is a laboratory automated liquid‑handling instrument that automatically completes operations such as pipetting, dispensing, dilution and mixing. It is applied in molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, drug research and development, clinical diagnosis and chemical analysis to improve experimental efficiency, reduce human errors, and ensure experimental consistency and accuracy.

Working Principle

The complete machine consists of four major parts: X‑YZ axis motion system, high‑precision pipetting module, base tray and Android tablet. The X‑YZ axis motion system realizes precise manipulation of consumables and reagents. The high‑precision pipetting module adopts air‑displacement technology to complete accurate liquid transfer. The base tray supports 3‑6 workstation configurations. The Android tablet serves as the human‑computer interaction and control system to realize equipment operation and status monitoring.

Execution Standard

Pipetting performance complies with GB/T 41812‑2022 General rules for performance test of automated liquid handling workstations.

Application Scope

Reagent adding, compound sample loading, single‑column serial dilution, plate format conversion, PCR/qPCR, DNA sequencing, RNA transcription, cell culture and other experiments.
