Stage 1

A well-demarcated hard nodule is palpable at the upper right quadrant of the gland, simulating early-stage prostate tumor.
Stage 3
Tumor proliferates inside the gland, and the original small nodule develops into a large mass.
Stage 4
The whole gland is replaced by tumor, presenting irregular rugged surface and hard texture.
