CCS-18 Cassette Autoclave Specifications
1. Applications
Quick sterilization for small medical instruments used in dental, ENT, and gynecology departments.
2. Features
- Fast Cycle: Shortest sterilization cycle of only 6–7 minutes, which extends the service life of instruments by reducing exposure to high-temperature steam.
- Programmable Controls: Three push buttons for different sterilization programs; time and temperature can be freely set.
- Safety Alarms: Alarms for unqualified water and low water levels; stops the cycle and displays/prints faults for low temperature or pressure.
- Compact & Portable: Small, lightweight, and easy to operate. The cassette also serves as a temporary storage container for instruments.
3. Working Principle
After selecting a sterilization program and pressing the start key, the steam generator heats to the optimal temperature. Distilled water is pumped into the generator and immediately converted into steam, which is injected into the cassette holding contaminated instruments. The steam fully removes cold air from the cassette to achieve sterilization.
