The CCL-XH-C Vortex Mixer is an ideal experimental tool for chemists in schools, environmental protection, research institutions, sanitation, immunization, petrochemical, metallurgy, chemical, and food industries.

II. Properties

This instrument is designed for reactions requiring small solution volumes and high-speed pipette shaking, where mixing occurs only in test tubes, colorimetric tubes, or small/medium triangular bottles.

IV. Application Method

1. Turn on the power switch; the machine will start working.
2. The solution volume should not exceed ½ of the test tube or colorimetric tube.
3. For larger volumes, use a triangular bottle.
4. You can adjust the mixing speed by varying the pressure of your hand on the test tube.

V. Notes

1. Use a proper ground connection.
2. Place the tube in the center of the mixer.
3. Correct operation and maintenance will prolong the mixer’s service life.
4. If the mixer will not be used for a long period, cut off the power and clean the instrument.
