Description
The CCL-SG tube heater thermostat is a new-generation temperature control device developed from the tank-based design. It is available in 24-hole and 40-hole configurations, suitable for standard 1.5ml and 10ml tubes.

Temperature & Time Setting
- Press the SET button to enter temperature setting mode. The temperature display will flash.
- Use the △/▽ keys to adjust the temperature value.
- Press SET again to enter time setting mode. The time display will flash.
- Use the △/▽ keys to adjust the time value.
- Press SET once more to save settings and return to normal operation.
Usage Instructions
- Connect power and turn on the switch.
- Set the desired temperature (e.g., 37°C).
- Preheat the block until the heating indicator turns off.
- Add solution to the tubes and insert them into the heating holes.
- Allow ~10 minutes for the solution to reach the target temperature.
- After use, turn off the power. Do not leave unattended with hot air.
Safety Notes
- Burn Hazard: Do not touch the heating holes during operation. Remove overflowing tubes immediately.
- Fire Hazard: Do not heat flammable, explosive, or corrosive substances.
- Maintenance: Turn off when not in use. Clean with a dry brush to avoid moisture.
