■ This set of models is composed of six modules with different cervical changes and birth canal relationships.
■ This set of models is for cervical examination, demonstrating the degree of cervical os dilation, the extent of cervical canal effacement, and the positional relationship between the fetal head and the sacral plane.
■ Changes in all parts during the first stage of labor dilation:
• Stage One: No dilation of the cervical os, no effacement of the cervical canal, the positional relationship between the fetal head and the sacral plane is -5.
• Stage Three: Cervical os dilated 2cm, cervical canal effaced 50%, the positional relationship between the fetal head and the sacral plane is -4.
• Stage Four: Cervical os dilated 4cm, cervical canal completely effaced, the positional relationship between the fetal head and the sacral plane is -3.
• Stage Five: Cervical os dilated 5cm, cervical canal completely effaced, the positional relationship between the fetal head and the sacral plane is 0.
• Stage Six: Cervical os dilated 7cm, cervical canal completely effaced, the positional relationship between the fetal head and the sacral plane is +2.
