Notes

1. Staining time depends on the type of specimen and the thickness of the smear; extend the staining time for smears with decolorized areas (no less than 10 seconds) for better staining results.
2. Cap the reagents immediately after use to prevent volatilization.
3. Acetone can be used as a substitute for decolorizing solution after the original decolorizing solution is used up, and the decolorizing time can be slightly shortened.
4. Do not use reagents after their expiration date. When storing the kit, avoid high and low temperature environments and direct sunlight.
