Na-system has two modules for regular and high-speed analysis, covering 18 to 25 hydrolyzed amino acids. Li-system adopts the same column and eluents to analyze 21 hydrolyzed amino acids or 43 free amino acids; up to 56 amino acids can be analyzed on request. Combined temperature gradient, concentration gradient and pH gradient technology enables separation of amino acids that are difficult to separate by traditional methods. Eluents consumption is only 20%-30% of similar products. Spare parts achieve zero consumption. The detector adopts LED light source with service life over 100,000 hours without replacement. Built-in all-channel vacuum degaser supports online degassing. Ninhydrin and eluents are deoxygenated by nitrogen with pressured nitrogen protection.
