Product Features

Self-R&D and manufactured in China. Equipped with self-owned system control software. Compliant with GLP/21CFR with traceable data. Fully automatic operation covers dosing, separation, reaction, detection, cleaning and degassing. It meets current national and international standards and supports analysis of all types of amino acids.

Na-system has two modules for regular and high-speed analysis, covering 18 to 25 hydrolyzed amino acids. Li-system adopts the same column and eluents to analyze 21 hydrolyzed amino acids or 43 free amino acids; up to 56 amino acids can be analyzed on request. Combined temperature gradient, concentration gradient and pH gradient technology enables separation of amino acids that are difficult to separate by traditional methods. Eluents consumption is only 20%-30% of similar products. Spare parts achieve zero consumption. The detector adopts LED light source with service life over 100,000 hours without replacement. Built-in all-channel vacuum degaser supports online degassing. Ninhydrin and eluents are deoxygenated by nitrogen with pressured nitrogen protection.

Dosing mode: full loop / variable dosing. Number of vials: 120. Dosing volume: 0~100μL. Optional Peltier cooling function. Reagents stored at ambient temperature. 5 kinds of eluents for Na-system and 6 kinds for Li-system. Shelf life: 2 years for eluents, 1 year for ninhydrin.

High-effect Reactor

Electronic safe heating method. Temperature range: ambient to 150℃. Temperature precision: 0.1℃. High efficiency reaction with low dead volume and no diffusion. Auto-protection against power cut and auto-reset protection against overheating.

System Software

Windows operating system with Chinese and English language options. aminoPro professional system control software supports 24-position high precision data handling. Resolution: 1μV, integral precision: 0.05μV. Built-in amino acids word bank, dual channel 570nm/440nm merging, automatic peak identification, statistical function and data export. Three-grade administration authority. Automatically records 12 system operation parameters per second. Supports remote control and emergency automatic shutdown. Automatic system cleaning after accidental power off to avoid pipeline clogging. Customizable analysis programs and data reports as required.
