Product Features

Self-R&D and manufactured in China. Adopts self-owned system control software, complies with GLP/21CFR standards with traceable data. Fully automatic operation covers dosing, separation, reaction, detection, cleaning and degassing processes. It meets all current national and international standards and supports analysis of all types of amino acids.

Na-system is designed with regular and high-speed dual analysis modules, suitable for analyzing 18 to 25 kinds of hydrolyzed amino acids. Li-system can analyze 21 kinds of hydrolyzed amino acids or 43 kinds of free amino acids without replacing the column and eluents.

It adopts advanced temperature gradient combined with conventional concentration gradient and pH gradient technology, which can separate amino acids that are difficult to separate by traditional methods. The consumption of eluents is only 20%-30% compared with similar products. Spare parts achieve zero consumption. The detector is equipped with LED light source with service life over 100,000 hours, no need for light source replacement. Built-in all-channel vacuum degaser realizes online degassing. Ninhydrin and eluents are deoxygenated by nitrogen and protected by pressured nitrogen.

aminoPro dedicated amino acid analysis software supports 24-position high-precision data processing. Resolution reaches 1μV, integral precision 0.05μV. Built-in amino acid database, dual channel 570nm/440nm signal merging, automatic peak identification, statistical function and data export.

Three-level administration authority available. Automatically records 12 system operating parameters per second. Supports remote control and emergency automatic shutdown. The system can automatically clean pipelines after accidental power failure to avoid blockage. Customizable analysis procedures, data reports and electronic signature function are available.
