Functional Parameters

1. Maternal Functions

• The mechanical drive unit is equipped with two mechanical adapters for connecting the delivery simulator fetus. Elastic fasteners are used between the fetus and adapters, between adapters, and between adapters and the drive unit. The drive unit has protective travel switches at both ends.
• The fetal heart rate controller can pause, initialize, start, or resume labor. Delivery speed can be selected in 4 gears (1–4).
• Fetal heart auscultation: Fetal heart rate frequency and volume are adjustable, with heart rate range tunable between 80–180 bpm.
• Simulates fetal position, malpresentation, birth canal stenosis, umbilical cord entanglement, and placenta previa.
• Equipped with a highly simulated cervix.
• Includes an "episiotomy pad" for practicing the Ritgen maneuver.
• Modules for cervical changes and birth canal relationship can be attached to the maternal model for training:
• Can measure fetal head descent and cervical dilation.
• Simulates multiple placental positions.
• Includes delivery simulator fetus.
• Maternal arm can be used to establish intravenous access for medication and nutrition administration.
• Perineal suture practice module with three incision positions: lower left, midline, lower right.
• Tracheal intubation training.
• CPR training:
• Manual simulation of carotid pulse.
• Arm simulates blood pressure measurement.

2. Neonatal Functions

• Venipuncture function.
• Nursing functions: Eye cleaning/drug administration, neonatal cleaning, and bandaging.
• Oronasal intubation for infant suctioning, tracheal intubation, and gastric lavage.
• Umbilical cord care, scalp venipuncture, and arm venipuncture training; venipuncture simulates "falling into the vein" sensation and blood return.
• Neonatal CPR: Supports multiple ventilation modes including mouth-to-mouth, mouth-to-nose, and bag-valve-mask ventilation.
• Performs artificial respiration.
• Performs chest compressions.
