Description

Multi-joint Isokinetic Training and Testing System A8

Product Introduction

The A8 multi-joint isokinetic rehabilitation evaluation and training system integrates multiple training modes: isokinetic, isometric, isotonic, centrifugal, centripetal and continuous passive motion. It supports functional assessment and rehabilitation training for six major human joints: shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle. Widely applied in neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation medicine departments.

After testing and training, all data and generated graphs can be displayed and printed into formal reports, which can be used for clinical human function evaluation and scientific research. Multiple training modes adapt to all rehabilitation stages to maximize joint and muscle recovery effect.

Working Principle of Isokinetic Force Test

Isokinetic testing evaluates muscle function by measuring load parameters during constant-speed limb movement:

  1. Realistic physiological resistance is generated when limbs pass through limited joint spaces; the system automatically adjusts lever resistance based on limb strength to maintain fixed movement speed.
  2. Greater limb strength brings stronger lever resistance and higher muscle load, and vice versa. The recorded load parameters objectively reflect the actual functional state of muscles.
  3. The testing method features objective, accurate, simple, safe and reliable operation. Human body cannot produce natural isokinetic movement independently, so limbs must be fixed to the equipment lever for standardized testing.

Equipment Composition

The complete set consists of industrial computer, mechanical speed limiting device, adjustable training seat and supporting accessories. It detects core indicators including torque, optimal force exertion angle and total muscle work, comprehensively reflecting muscle strength, explosive power, endurance, joint range of motion and joint stability. It provides diversified motion modes including centripetal isokinetic, centrifugal isokinetic and passive training, serving as high-efficiency motor function assessment and rehabilitation equipment.

Core Functions & Features

  1. Multi-Mode Precision Rehabilitation Platform
Equipped with multiple adjustable resistance modes, covering six major joints (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle) with 22 independent movement modes for comprehensive assessment and training.
  2. Comprehensive Multi-Dimensional Test Indicators
Supports detection of peak torque, peak torque weight ratio, total work output and other professional biomechanical parameters.
  3. Intelligent Data Management & Customized Training
Automatically records, analyzes and compares historical test data; supports customized rehabilitation programs and training goals, and tracks the progress of patient functional improvement.
  4. Visualized Data Output & Report Printing
Real-time data and curve graphs can be viewed during and after testing. All results can be printed into standard reports for clinical evaluation and academic research.
  5. Full-Cycle Adaptive Rehabilitation Modes
Diverse training modes fit all rehabilitation periods (early, middle and late stages), realizing full recovery of damaged joints and muscle groups.
  6. Targeted Muscle Group Training
High pertinence training design, which can locate and test specific muscle groups for targeted rehabilitation intervention.
