⚙️ Working Principle

1. Sample Preparation: Mix the completely liquefied and pre-incubated semen sample, then place an aliquot on the specific counting chamber.
2. Imaging: The sperm image is magnified by the micro image capture system, digitally transferred to the computer, and displayed on the screen.
3. Analysis: Under software control, an automatic microscope scans the sperm image and records sperm movement. The system then calculates the sperm concentration, motility grade, and vital percentage of the sample.
