Product Introduction

This training model is developed based on the physiological characteristics of the elderly, designed for systematic clinical training of basic geriatric nursing skills. The complete set integrates a full-body elderly manikin and a non-invasive blood pressure simulator, supporting nearly 50 types of nursing operations.

Constructed from imported eco-friendly PVC material, it delivers realistic tactile texture and is easy to clean. It helps nursing trainees master standardized elderly care and cultivate the awareness of respecting and caring for the elderly. The key thoracic anatomical organs are clearly displayed for anatomical teaching.

Main Functions & Training Items

1. Daily Whole-Body Care

• Hair washing and facial cleansing practice
• Full-body sponge bath, clothing changing, cold and hot compress therapy
• Simulated age-related joint stiffness with multi-directional movable joints; the torso can tilt forward to fit wheelchair placement
  

2. Head, Ear, Nose & Oral Care Training

• Pupil comparison module: Direct visual contrast of normal, dilated and constricted pupils
• Ear irrigation and ear drop instillation; insertion and removal of hearing aids
• Oral care and denture maintenance practice
• Nasal & oral tracheal intubation, with auscultation function to verify correct tube placement
• Tracheotomy wound care, sputum suction, oxygen inhalation, nasogastric feeding and gastric lavage training

3. Injection & Biopsy Puncture Operations

• Upper limb venipuncture, injection, intravenous infusion and blood transfusion
• Subcutaneous injection at deltoid muscle
• Intramuscular injection at vastus lateralis and gluteus maximus
• Thoracentesis, bone marrow puncture and lumbar puncture practice

4. Urinary & Intestinal Tract Nursing

• Enema training
• Male & female urinary catheterization and bladder irrigation
• Male prostate examination with simulated prepuce
• Fistula drainage and colostomy care training
