Hospital Nursing Bed Product Specification

1. Dimensions: L2160 × W1070 × H500 mm (including side rails)
2. Headboard & Footboard: Integrally molded from high-quality reinforced PP plastic. European curved design with elegant streamline appearance, fitted with colored decorative plastic panels in the middle.
3. Crank System: Dual concealed cranks, sturdy, flexible and quiet for easy operation. Independently adjust the elevation of patient backrest and leg section.
4. Screw Transmission Mechanism: Lead screw made of 45# mould steel; full-metal clutch transmission without any plastic components, wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and long service life. Equipped with bidirectional travel limit protection device to improve safety and service life, ensuring smooth and effortless operation with position limit protection.
5. Adjustment Range: Backrest lifting angle: 85º±5º; Leg section lifting angle: 45º±5º. Maximum static safe load of the whole bed: 600KG; Maximum dynamic load of back panel: 150KG.
6. Side Rails
   ① Reinforced bent steel side rail, pipe specification ≥Φ19×1.5mm, pipe length 454mm, retractable flat design, overall length ≥1470mm, total rail height ≥450mm. D-shaped handrail with ≥6 round support posts, zinc-aluminum alloy handle, robust structure and long service life.
   ② Single-button quick positioning safety lock for simple operation.
   ③ Aluminum alloy parts adopt electrophoretic coloring and reinforced treatment for attractive appearance.
   ④ When lowered, the rail sits slightly below mattress level to prevent mattress displacement, with anti-pinch hand function. Rational and durable overall structure.
7. Bed Board: Integrally stretched and moulded cold-rolled steel plate complying with GB/T 228.1-2021. Tensile strength ≥515MPa, percentage elongation after fracture ≥40%, yield strength ≥205MPa. Perforated design for ventilation and anti-slip performance. Besides moulded contour, multiple reinforcing ribs are arranged; two wave-shaped stiffeners are added on four sides of the panel to enhance load capacity and aesthetics.
8. Bed Board Connectors: High-strength metal connections, firm and wear-resistant, easy to disassemble for disinfection.
9. IV Pole Sockets: ≥6 sockets on bed side. The IV pole can be stored inside drainage hook when not in use. Nylon sleeve for IV pole, inner diameter ≥19mm, wall thickness ≥2.5mm, with rotation limit slot (length ≥10mm, width ≥3mm).
10. Back Panel: Adopts double-support force relief structure.
11. Anti-Collision Caster: Top cover, bottom cover and wheel body made of ABS engineering plastic. Wheel diameter ≥100mm, thickness ≥50mm, inner hole diameter ≥50mm. Plastic pin length ≥80mm, outer diameter ≥80mm. Matched square beam: 60×60×1.5mm.
12. Anti-Collision Caster: Same specification as Item 11.
13. IV Pole: Two-stage manual telescopic design, adjustable height range 1000mm ~ 1600mm, flexible operation. Stainless steel construction with symmetrical return hooks to meet clinical demands. Equipped with rotary locking device and bayonet on lower tube to avoid rotation.
14. Storage Shelf: One shelf installed underneath bed frame for personal belongings, space-saving, stable and practical.
