Brief Introduction

This multi-functional human skeleton demonstration model features colored muscle attachment points on one half and ligaments on the other. The skull, joints and limbs are all movable, making it an excellent medical teaching model for demonstrating human muscle movement, bone composition and full-body skeletal framework.


Application

It is applicable for human skeleton courses in secondary schools and medical colleges, helping students understand the bony framework and body morphology, as well as the shapes, surface landmarks of various bones and the connection relationships of articulations.


Teaching Demonstration Content

This model replicates an adult male skeleton strung in natural upright posture, with all major limb joints movable.


  1. Skull: Composed of 22 bones forming a complete cranium. The calvaria can be removed to display intracranial structures, and the mandible is movable.
  2. Vertebral Column: Made up of 7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae, 1 sacrum, 1 coccyx and 23 intervertebral discs. It shows four physiological curvatures: cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral curves.
  3. Thorax: Consists of 24 ribs and 1 sternum. Costal cartilages connect ribs with thoracic vertebrae to form the thoracic cage.
  4. Pelvis: Formed by the sacrum, coccyx and two hip bones.
  5. Upper Limbs: Contains 64 bones. The scapula and clavicle of the shoulder girdle are fixed on the thorax; all free upper limb segments are detachable. Shoulder, elbow, wrist and other joints move freely.
  6. Lower Limbs: Composed of 62 bones. The pelvic girdle is fixed to form the pelvis; all free lower limb segments are detachable, and hip, knee joints can move flexibly.

The whole model is made of non-toxic eco-friendly PVC plastic.
